Minh Hoang Nguyen

From 2015 to 2017 he served as the Principal Clarinet of the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra.
He has been Associate Principal Clarinet of the Sun Symphony Orchestra since 2018.

Nguyen Minh Hoang started playing Clarinet at the age of 11 and attended the Vietnam National Music Academy where he studied with Nguyen Lam and Nguyen Quoc Bao.

Hoang earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree under the direction of Professor Joachim Klemm and with Accompanying Professor Sonja Gimaletdinow at C.M.von. Weber Music Academy in Dresden, Germany.

As a member of the Orchestra of Dresden Music Academy, he has toured in Köhl and Leipzig.
